Additional Fees

• Drop-Ship Fee: Drop-ship orders will incur a $5.00 fee.
• LTL Residential Fee: Residential LTL shipments require an additional $40 fee.
• Lift Gate Fee: Lift Gate shipments require an additional $25 fee. Must be requested at time of order.

Damaged Shipping Claims

Shortages and damaged products must be reported to Nivel within 5 business days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival to ensure good condition. All merchandise damaged in-transit must have a claim filed through Nivel. For truck freight, either refuse shipments with obvious exterior damage or write damaged on the Bill of Lading and contact Nivel Parts within 5 business days. (Freight companies have strict rules regarding claims; all claims must be filed within the 5-day window to be eligible for credit.)

Definitions and Clarifications for Freight

• Standard Freight: All items packaged and sent via standard carrier with no oversized/weight charges.Items include light kits, tune up kits, controllers, brush guards, dash assemblies, bumpers and most windshields.
• Standard XL Freight: Oversized, heavy items. Items include most tire and wheel assemblies, rear seat kits and cargo beds
• Non-Standard Freight: Typically LTL loads and some oversized/weight items sent FedEx. Items include struts, tops, body kits
• Non-Standard Plus Freight: Typically LTL loads. Items include lithium battery kits
